About ThrivePoint Health
Our Mission
ThrivePoint Health Consulting exists to realign people, systems, and strategy around the pursuit of health justice. Founded by Juan Flores Jr., our firm helps mission-driven institutions move beyond performative equity work toward deep structural transformation.
Where health equity focuses on access and fairness, health justice asks: Who holds power? Who is shaping the solutions? And how can we create systems where community leadership is the standard, not the exception?
1
Our approach integrates:
-
Justice-Oriented Strategy: Equity isn’t added on—it’s the starting point.
-
Co-Facilitated Change: We guide, but you co-own the solutions.
-
Systems-Level Thinking: We build internal capacity while advancing compliance, impact, and authentic community partnership.
We understand the mandates leaders face—funding constraints, operational audits, stakeholder expectations. We help you meet them with integrity, boldness, and a justice-aligned strategy.
